WMPA - Wyoming Municipal Power Agency

Lusk (population ~ 1,500) is the county seat of Wyoming's least populated county. Just 2,500 people live in Niobrara County - an average of 524 acres per person - truly the wide open spaces!

Lusk is located in eastern Wyoming in the tall grass country with Highways connecting in & out in all four directions (including HWY 85 – the CanAm Highway).
